Yourtrip is not a party to any contract between Advertisers and Users; Yourtrip.me, therefore, is not responsible for any non-fulfillment of either of the respective obligations (such as, for example, the suitability of the Structure or Accommodation and the compliance of the same with current regulations), nor can it be called to mediate in cases of disputes arising between them.
The Platform is provided “as is” and therefore:
its operation may be subject to interruptions or errors due to internet connection or malfunctions. In the event of problems while using the Site, Users and Advertisers are invited to contact their Internet Services Provider and check that all equipment for connecting to the Internet – including the navigation software – is fully functional. Likewise, the Services may not correspond to the expectations of Users and Advertisers;
Yourtrip.me may have to modify, suspend or discontinue some functions related to the Services for technical or organizational reasons.
